Your employees, customers, and partners need the ability to connect and collaborate, at any time, from any location—across time zones or simply across the conference table.
And those workplaces are expanding faster than ever, powered by mobile and cloud usage that makes virtual meetings essential. With scalable and secure voice, video, and content sharing, real-time collaboration can happen anywhere. Staying connected can lead to improved productivity and faster decision-making, as well as better customer service. But only if the technology offers a seamless experience and is intuitive enough to drive user adoption. While the need for better meetings is universal, not all conferencing tools are the same.
Choosing the wrong tool could actually decrease productivity by wasting valuable meeting time troubleshooting the technology, or by providing a negative experience that will deter users from embracing it. This is especially true in situations where poor meeting quality could impact

They say content is king. But if your content isn’t protected, it’s a king with no clothes.
The proliferation of mobile devices in the workplace, and the availability of cloud services designed for consumers, can lead to improper sharing of corporate data. Information that leaves your firewalls can live forever, and without adequate protection, can end up in the wrong hands.

Creating new content takes an incredible amount of time and resources for your internal teams. Maybe you’re even paying an agency a good percentage of your budget to do it for you. Whilst content, from blogs to eBooks, and videos to white papers, does have a lot of value, that value comes at a cost.
This isn’t the only issue with generating new leads through content. The effectiveness of sharing content via email is declining, it’s harder than ever to connect on the phone, people are apprehensive about immediately giving out their contact details, and social media has become more about likes and less about real results.
In short, creating content to generate leads can be challenging, time consuming and expensive.
But, what if you didn’t have to spend time and money creating content in the first place? What if you could generate qualified B2B sales leads without it?

The concept of all centralizing all communication methodologies (presence, instant messaging, voice, video, and messaging services) within a single system, a.k.a. unified communications or UC, is not new. One of the most popular platforms is Microsoft. In fact, Microsoft has indicated that it has 110 million Skype for Business or Lync users around the world.
However, many organizations have yet to fully embrace the video conferencing capabilities available within Skype for Business / Lync. Overall we view Skype for Business (SfB) video conferencing as an excellent choice for sessions involving only SfB users. However, the SfB experience is focused more on content sharing and less on live video.
Download this whitepaper to learn 12 situations in which users may wish to use a different video conferencing tool. In this paper, Wainhouse also compares two options for companies seeking better video capabilities.

But, according to Microsoft research, some 97 percent of meeting rooms aren’t adequately equipped to handle video.
In fact, a majority of these rooms host the most rudimentary of collaboration solutions like a digital projector and an audio connection for conference calls. And, while most of these enterprises are adopting Skype for Business for end-users, the reality is that many of their conference rooms lack the ability to connect to Skype for Business calls, which eliminates effective collaboration tools like video and content sharing.
