Their deal lifecycle had multiple stages depending on whether a deal was New, in a diligence phase, on Hold or Dead.
SharePoint is a technology that most organizations have access to these days, yet it is one that is open not utilized fully. This is in part due to organizations not being fully aware of the breadth of SharePoint’s capabilities. Most SharePoint power users/administrators are aware they can leverage SharePoint as a document repository and to share data seamlessly with a group of colleagues, however, they often are not aware of how to leverage some of SharePoint’s key foundational components effectively. As someone who implements SharePoint, one of the biggest complaints we hear from organizations is users aren’t using it, adoption is low. Without user adoption no technology implementation project can be successful. It is difficult to pinpoint one reason that causes adoption to be low, however, taking steps to effectively build your SharePoint site with a solid foundation along with an end goal of high user adoption is a great way to start.
This paper addresses the many Exchange, SQL Server, and SharePoint implementations running on inefficient storage infrastructures, limiting scalability and complicating what should be fairly simple storage management tasks.

This white paper follows the story of Kim, head of the IT department for a large financial-services company, as she navigates the transition from Microsoft SharePoint 2010 to SharePoint 2013. Kim can’t wait to use the latest SharePoint technology, but she also knows she’ll need a third-party solution to expand the capabilities of SharePoint. She needs a solution that helps increase mobility, flexibility and collaboration between departments within her company.
Microsoft SharePoint 2013 workflows are a powerful way to share information, collaborate on projects and automate business processes.
However, in addition to the basic workflow capabilities that come with SharePoint, organizations also need sophisticated, reliable SharePoint workflow apps with advanced capabilities.
Since custom code can be expensive and time-consuming, and customization options are limited in cloud-hosted SharePoint environments, third-party applications make it possible to build advanced SharePoint workflow applications without dealing with the challenges of custom code.
To help you evaluate third-party workflow solutions, here are 10 tips to consider.
Your business relies on a Microsoft® infrastructure that
stretches from your network to the cloud to endpoints located
around the world. In many ways, the success of your business
relies on how secure your Microsoft infrastructure is. Your
users do not care where the applications and data reside; they
only care about getting their job done. SharePoint®, Skype for
Business, or Active Directory® deployed on the network, in
Azure®, or as part of your Office 365® subscription should have
no impact on the success of your business.
